Is gozy available in my area?

gozy is in Dubai. If you have an invite code, choose a plan and you can start right away. If not, join the waitlist and we message you on WhatsApp when your invite is ready.

Do I need to install an app?

No. gozy lives in WhatsApp — text, a voice note, a shared location or a photo of the place. Bookings, confirmation cards and the live tracking link all arrive in the same chat.

How does the invite code work?

gozy is by invitation for now. An invite code from a member unlocks checkout and gives you a founding-member discount on your first plan. After you join you get your own invites to share. No invite? Join the waitlist — founding-member invites go out first.

How do I pay, and can I stop?

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure checkout page. Each plan is valid for 30 days and there is no auto-renewal for now — when it ends, buy your next plan with one message. No lock-in. 12-month auto-renewal plans are coming.

What counts as a trip?

A direct A-to-B ride is one trip. Each stop you add counts half a trip more — one stop is 1.5, two stops are 2. A return trip in one booking (home → office → home) is 1.5. Every trip also uses kilometres from your monthly pool. gozy shows the count on every confirmation card, so there is never a surprise.

Is there a distance limit per trip?

No — one trip can be 5 km or 50 km. Only your monthly kilometre pool counts. Before every booking gozy checks the pool; if a journey would go over, gozy offers a top-up instead of a surprise bill.

Can I cancel a ride?

Yes. Cancel before your driver is dispatched and nothing is deducted. Once the driver is on the way, the trip counts — the driver has already come for you.

What if I'm late, or my plans change on the way?

Your driver waits 10 minutes at pickup for free, and 5 minutes at each stop. After that a half trip is added, and at 20 minutes the ride is closed. Stops are set when you book; to add one, message gozy before the driver is dispatched.

What happens to unused trips?

On Signature and Premium you have rollover options for unused trips — gozy explains them on your plan. Explorer trips are valid for the 30-day plan.

Can I change my plan or add trips?

Yes. Your next plan can be a different one — just choose it when you buy again. Need more this month? Add-ons are available any time — a top-up adds 5 trips and 100 km, and you can add more than one — valid until your plan renews.

Can my family use my plan?

On Premium, yes — family members book on the same plan, each from their own WhatsApp. Children without WhatsApp can be booked by a parent with a named profile, with a message at every step: driver dispatched, arrived, child on board, arrived at school.

Who are the drivers, and will I know them?

Licensed professional chauffeurs on an RTA-registered fleet, inducted by gozy. You choose your favourite as your main driver, and a small group of back-up drivers covers the days they are off — so most days you see a face you know and trust. Every ride comes with a live tracking link.
